ESPN Player X?

Just met with ESPN's Senior ad sales and editorial teams. Sadly, only four people know the identity of Player X.

Check him out. My dream is that he sparks some movement to button up professional athletes. It's the closest thing to knowing a real Batman. I think the four people who know who he is need to watch out: Alfred (agent), Commissioner Gordon (ESPN editor in chief), Robin (coach), and Selina Kyle (his wife, who like Catwoman, could abuse this power).

The articles are better than Ocho Cinco's twitter feed. I bring him up because I think Ocho Cinco could be Player X's arch-nemesis. Ocho Cinco relishes in all the attention and trouble he stirs. Kind of like Tony Stark/Iron Man (I know, different comic family) or the Joker (I'm sure someone can find a better fit).

If Player X translates to the NBA, I select Shane Battier to be ESPN's superhero.
